Position: Property Manager

Job Description: The individual must be able to assess, repair, manage, and coordinate a variety of general maintenance issues that arise in property maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting building systems, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs as needed. Additional duties include snow removal, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. This position requires being on call and serving as a direct assistant to the owner. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (some flexibility), 40-45 hours per week Compensation: Starting at 55,000 - $60,000 per year with growth opportunity, depending on skills and work ethic. Bonus Structure: Available for after-hour service and emergency repairs.
