Yard Operations Foreman / Travel Lift Operator

Maine Yacht Center is looking to hire an experienced, hands-on Yard Operations Foreman for a full time, year-round position.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the hands on operations of marine travel lifts, hydraulic boat moving trailers, forklifts, cranes and associated equipment for the safe and efficient hauling, blocking, moving and launching of a wide variety of power and sailing vessels between 20’ and 80’.

The job requires that you are in good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, who is both energetic and motivated. Must be a self starter and be able to work well with and lead a team.
