destination in Bar Harbor, Maine, is seeking proposals for the lease and operation of its Food &

Beverage services.

This is a unique opportunity to manage and operate the dining facilities at a historic and busy

golf club that serves both members and guests. The space includes a full-service kitchen, bar, and

dining area designed to support tournaments, outings, private functions, and everyday dining needs.

On-site restaurant, bar, banquet/event facilities for tournaments & special events

Year-round operation with Golf simulators used during the winter months to attract steady

business.
