ON-TIME LOGISTICS Now Hiring for a receptionist position. This position requires knowledge in data entry, filling, and answering phones. Hours are from 8AM until 4:30 PM with a half an hour for break.

Job: Office Receptionist

Location: SOUTH PORTLAND

Hours: 8- 4:30 M-F (Full-Time Position)

Salary: $20-PER HOUR

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Answering phone

- Timecards, Payroll

- Data Entry, Filing, Dictation on Occasion

- Answering calls, Emails, Customer interaction

- Dealing with customer damage claims.

- Personal Assistance to the Owner when needed.

- Handle Driver Safety & Compliance.

This job is a lot of different things and not all duties are listed. Looking for someone highly motivated. Proficient in Microsoft Office
