Senior Contracts Manager

Contract & Commercial Management Lead the contractual oversight of M&E construction projects. Review, negotiate, and manage contract terms to mitigate risk and maximise commercial outcomes. Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, client requirements, and company standards. Manage claims, variations, disputes, and commercial reporting. Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor negotiations, and supply-chain performance. Project Delivery Leadership Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure project targets are met. Monitor project progress, budget, and programme to ensure on time and on budget delivery. Anticipate issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure strong risk management processes. Oversee change control, cost forecasting, and financial performance across multiple work packages. Client & Stakeholder Management Primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business and long term partnerships. Lead progress meetings and provide high quality commercial reporting and updates. Team Leadership Provide direction and mentorship to commercial staff, QS teams, and project leads. Promote best practices in contract management, commercial governance, and cost control. Support company growth by driving continuous improvement and high standards across all projects. This list is not exhaustive or exclusive.
