We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Property Manager to lead our property management team and oversee the daily operations of residential communities. Your leadership will help foster vibrant communities while maximizing property performance and tenant satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy rates and excellent customer service.Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations with attention to legal compliance, including Landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and tenant information.Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all applicable codes.Handle legal administrative tasks related to evictions, lease contracts, and dispute resolution while maintaining strict confidentiality.Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify repair needs or safety hazards; work with vendors or internal teams to address issues promptly.Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication, conflict management, and upselling additional services or amenities when appropriate.Ensure adherence to Section 8 guidelines and other government-assisted housing programs; manage related documentation efficiently.Support sales efforts by promoting available units and upselling features that enhance tenant satisfaction.Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and timely follow-up on inquiries or complaints.
