Join Our Team as a Lead Restaurant Contractor

We are seeking a highly skilled contractors with extensive experience in all aspects of exterior, interior, front and back of house restaurant construction applications. Must have general liability and workers compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with quarry tile, stainless steel paneling, drop ceilings, and FRP.

- Perform electrical and plumbing tasks related to restaurant remodels, and reparations.

- Have tools and Transportation.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.

- Travel 3-5 hours and work nights.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the following services:

- FRP/Custom stainless-steel installation.

- Facility Renovation and planned work.

- Redecorations, refreshes and remodels.

- Kitchen remodels.

- Painting and Wall Coverings.

- Cookline and Bar upgrades.

- Regrout/Flooring repair and replacement.

- Exterior finishes and concrete repair.

- ADA inspection and remediation.

- Fire restoration.
