Responsibilities for the HVAC and Apartment Maintenance Technicians include:

Responding quickly and courteously to resident requests for maintenance service on HVAC, electrical, appliance and plumbing concerns

Troubleshooting the source and taking the appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by BerkleyApartments.

Making ready available apartments for new resident move-ins 30- 40 Hours/wk. @up to$25.00/hour.
