QA Team Lead, you will execute manual and automation test cases during the software development process. You will create use cases and develop and maintain test specifications, test cases, test scripts, and test data. You will also troubleshoot test issues, record test results, track and prioritize defects, and participate in product readiness and release decisions.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 5 years of experience writing and maintaining test scripts and test plans
• At least 5 years of experience practicing standard software development lifecycle leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Experience with defect-tracking tools such as Jira
• Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn other software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team leader committed to quality, motivated self-starter, and detail and results-oriented
