Full-Time Boat Sales Person needed at largest Boat Dealer In La.

We are immediately seeking a sales person to work full time in our office, listing and selling our inventory. We are the largest used boat dealer in Louisiana, and have been in business for over 30 years. Last year, we began carrying the world's top selling boats Tracker, Nitro, Sun Tracker, and Tahoe Lines. Our business is expanding and we need another salesperson to help sell our extensive line of boats. We sold over 400 boats last year, and we are on track to a record sales number again this year. In fact, we are about to break ground on a 30,000 sq foot state of the art office and showroom conveniently located on our 10 acre lot on the Westbank Expressway. We have over 150 boats in our inventory presently, and we get arrivals everyday. It's never a boring day here, you do something different or learn something new every day.

This is not a typical sales job because there are so many different types and styles of boats and other related equipment that we sell. We understand that there will be a learning curve no matter your experience, but we are looking for someone that has some knowledge or background with boats.

Job Requirements:

-Available to work full time 9am-6pm 5 days a week, must be available every Saturday except vacation days

-Able to get yourself to work on time daily

-US Resident, Spanish speaking a plus

-Basic internet and social media skills including listing, posting, and researching boats

-Ability to track your calls, emails, and walk-in customers and follow up all leads

-Must be able to walk the yard with customers

Additional skills that we look for:

-Forklift driving

-Spanish Speaking

-Knows about outboard service and basic marine service

-Previous sales experience at a car lot, boat dealer, insurance sales, or other sales job

-Any boating, hunting, fishing experience professional or recreational
