Property management company seeking a well rounded individual for general upkeep and maintenance within our apartment community, knowledge in the following areas are needed:

HVAC - Certified with (1) year experience preferred

Plumbing

Electrical

Carpentry

Appliance - Install & repair

Make Ready

Pool Care

Grounds

Must climb stairs and ladders as needed, provide own tools

Reliable vehicle is required

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, 24hr on call emergency service as needed.
