Maintenance Tech - 35% HOUSING DISCOUNT (NOLA)

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician at our established apartment Metairie community, Arts Apartments at West Napoleon.

Duties:

Prepare apartment units to move-in ready condition

Performs various community maintenance functions

Responds to resident service requests and issues

Maintain activity log

Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager

Requirements:

1+ years of maintenance, make ready, painting, pool and HVAC experience

HVAC certification is HIGHLY PREFERRED

MUST be able to perform on-call responsibilities
