1st Lake Commercial Properties seeking a full-time Leasing Agent!

1st Lake Commercial Properties has an opening for a full-time Leasing Agent at our 150-unit self-storage facility.

As the Leasing Agent of the self-storage facility, you will:

Lease storage units to prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service to our existing customers.

Participate in marketing of the storage units

Prepare financial reports, deposits and complete collection activities on delinquent accounts

Keep the property clean and in good repair

Make ready vacated units

Purchase supplies and services when needed

Minimal on-call is expected

Some weekend work may be required

What you need to be successful:

The qualified candidate will have previous property management experience, strong computer skills, and a passion and dedication to a job well done. Previous experience with self-storage management is a plus!
