Uptown apartment rental office needs leasing office assistant to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and answer and respond to rental inquiries online, by email and show apartment locations Uptown, University and Garden District. A private office will be provided and shared with Office Manager to answer inquiries when not showing apartments and taking phone calls. Must have own reliable transportation to show apartments and be able to walk up stairs. Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Our assistant will occasionally help assist office manager with answering phones, filing and with greeting customers in office. Leasing Office Assistant must be independent and make their own personal appointments with customers when showing apartments and answer their own personal phone line for rentals. Training and Instruction will be given upon hiring and a tour of available rental units so our new assistant will be familiar with locations prior to making appointments. Occasional Saturday appointments will be needed to be made but leasing assistant will be able to switch out days of week for those times needed. We are asking from our new assistant to make notes of condition of apartments when scheduling tours and be able to video and take photos prior to first appointments with customers.
