Get + Relief from moderate-severe IBS/IBD Chronic Pain

Online Intervention for Patients with Chronic Pain from IBS, Crohn’s, or Colitis
Study Goal:
- To investigate the impact of stereotypes and mindfulness on improving chronic pain and anxiety levels in people who self-report chronic pain related to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s, or Colitis
Study Procedures:
- Over the course of 4 weeks, participants will complete surveys and listen to study-provided audio playlists.
Participant Compensation:
- Participants can earn up to $45 in Amazon gift codes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Are 18+
- Live in the US
- Are an English-speaker
- Report chronic pain related to IBS, Crohn’s, or Colitis
- Report pain level related to IBS, Crohn’s, or Colitis in the preceding week
- Report pain level related to IBS, Crohn’s, or Colitis in the preceding 30 days
- Report having moderate to severe anxiety
