Pay & Role

We are hiring a full-time bartender who will work between the hotel lobby bar and our restaurant.

Schedules & Availability

The restaurant schedule may include weekend brunch service

Mardi Gras shifts are required, including Mardi Gras Day

You will work during and on Mardi Gras this season

Long shifts are common — lobby bar averages 10–12 hours, restaurant shifts are closer to standard expectations

Holiday and event-season hours can run long

Full schedule availability is required

Core Skill Set

Strong foundation in craft cocktail technique (syrups, infusions, specs, balance)

Ability to deliver high-volume service while maintaining consistency

Comfortable moving between lobby-style hospitality and restaurant service

This role requires both beverage creativity and service speed

The Upside

The environment is high-volume and financially strong. The earning potential from tips in a busy service setting will outweigh the low hourly rate, especially at the lobby bar. This position is best suited for someone who values benefits, consistent full-time work, and long-term opportunity in a profitable bar program.
