Sous chef/line cook

Sous Chef (Full-Time): Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, lead the line during service, ensure food quality and consistency, maintain cleanliness and organization, and help train and supervise staff. Must have 3+ years kitchen experience, strong leadership skills, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay based on experience.
