What You’ll Do:

Execute dishes to Avo’s standards during service

Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold kitchen systems

Work closely with chefs to prepare daily mise en place

Bring energy, focus, and pride to a fast-paced, team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

Prior kitchen or line experience preferred

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Passion for Italian cuisine and classic technique

Dependable, coachable, and motivated to grow
