We're seeking energetic, passionate, and skilled team members to join our dynamic

crew! As a part-time or full-time team member, you'll work 15-40 hours/week, with

varying shifts between our Uptown restaurant and food truck.

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile!

- Take orders, prepare drinks, and maintain a tidy workspace.

- Assist with loading/unloading food for the food truck.

- Contribute to opening/closing side-work and maintaining a smooth operation.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus!)

- Reliable, punctual, and organized

- Prior restaurant experience (food truck, catering, etc.)

- Ability to work on your feet and lift 40+ lbs

- Basic math skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Louisiana Responsible Vendor certificate

- Food Handler Certificate or ServSafe Food Manager Certificate

- Clean Driving Record

- Experience driving large vehicles
