Hands-on Operations Manager-Retail Food Only

Growing and expanding food operation seeking a Hands-on Operations Manager for retail and food production.

Some duties include;

-Recruiting, training, scheduling, and management of staff for retail, deli, and food production

-Inventory management for separate retail, wholesale, and production companies

-Management includes ordering, maintaining par levels, and tracking output and sales

-Relationship development and management of vendors and customers

-Accounting using Quickbooks

-Budgeting and financial forecasting

- Mangement of equipment, POS, phone system, and other functions critical to the operations and function of the business

We are opening other locations so there is room for advancement and growth. Your ability to organize, streamline, create processes and efficiencies is critical to this role. You will implement our current procedures and create new ones as we grow.
