Station 6 is a fast paced upscale seafood restaurant in Bucktown. We are seeking a responsible sous chef to lead the kitchen alongside the executive chef.The sous chef must meet these requirements :-at least 2 years experience in a managerial position.- be able to make soup and sauce with the direction of the chef- must be able to assist in creating daily specials- Must be able to expo in fast paced kitchen- Must have proper food handling skills- Must have knife skills- Make certain assessments in the kitchen when necessary or asked by superiors- Proficient in cost control an ordering supplies within- Must be able to contol labor costs
