Looking for a Authentic Creole Chef/ Kitchen Mgr

We are a new Creole Restaurant located in Fort Walton beach, Florida. We are looking for a hands on, experienced Kitchen Manager with proven leadership, great communication skills, a passion for great creole food, and a focus on cost controls / managing labor & product, to maintain and build upon this reputation.

We are looking for hardworking, motivated cooks to join our team.

Duties include:

- Prepping and cooking to order, a la minute

- Assist in developing Recipes

- Adhering to recipes

- Producing high-quality food

- Teamwork

- Ensuring proper food rotation and care for products
