Front of House Manager - Johnny Sanchez

Johnny Sanchez is seeking a full time, energetic, dedicated professional to join the team as a Front of House Manager as we expand operations. Managers ensure the highest level of customer service as well as quality operations of the restaurant. This position requires leadership in supporting daily business operations, supporting staff members, and ensuring a team environment.

Job Functions:

Executing and maintaining high quality standards and consistency of food, beverage and service.

Ensures all hiring practices, employee disciplinary actions and expectations are in accordance with operating procedures.

Ensures proper handling and resolution of guest concerns.

Communication with the management team to build, implement, and maintain systems, policies and procedures of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Current Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card Required

Experience in the food and beverage industry

Effective Verbal and Written Communication

Weekend and Holiday Availability

Compensation: Based on Experience
