Porgy’s Seafood Market, a newly opened fresh Gulf seafood shop with lunch service is looking to ad a kitchen lead to the team.

We’re looking for a self motivated person with high standards & a love of Louisiana food.

Our lunch menu is very straightforward with Po Boys, Gumbo, Salads & rotating specials. Everything is made from scratch with love & great ingredients.

We’d like to build out a plate lunch program & would love input on that from the right person.

Responsibilities include opening & closing the kitchen(four consecutive 10 hour days/week), communicating ordering needs, maintaining a high standard in cleanliness & execution, tasting everything, prepping & helping keep a high morale.

We’re currently doing 4 day per week work schedule with 3 consecutive days off.

Pay is $20/hr plus tips, usually, $850 & up per week at full time
