Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary

Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

Build financial controls and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Completely competent in working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

Proven knowledge of Customer Account

Reconcile Account experience preferred

Microsoft Excel experience

General familiarity with Analyze Variance

Well-founded grasp of Analyze Trends

Solid understanding of Resolve Delinquent

Invoice Issues experience

Invoice Discrepancies experience preferred

Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
