In this role, you will assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of event spaces while helping maintain a professional and efficient workflow during company events and client projects.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, collaborating with a team, and contributing to memorable event experiences.ResponsibilitiesAssist with event setup and breakdown activitiesOrganize furniture, displays, signage, and equipment according to event layoutsTransport and arrange event materials safely and efficientlySupport the team with venue preparation and coordination tasksMaintain cleanliness and organization of event areas and storage spacesEnsure all setup tasks are completed on scheduleProvide professional support during live events when neededFollow workplace safety procedures and company standards
