HVAC Production Technician

We're seeking motivated individuals for HVAC Production Technician roles in a manufacturing department. This position is an entry level position in the manufacturing department. Individuals will work with a team member under direct supervision to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of HVAC equipment. Individuals will assist with the basic processes, but must have the desire to advance and become a technician capable of handling their own projects.Responsibilities:

- Assist in the manufacturing and modification of our custom HVAC/R Systems```{=html}```

- Follows work instructions, prints, and/or available procedures and performs assembly, test, and material handling operations required to make a part or final product```{=html}```

- Work from routings, manufacturing instruction sheets, blueprints, visual aids, or other instructions to manufacture product at required quality levels```{=html}```

- Takes the initiative to get work assignment from Supervisor, Lead person or scheduling tool```{=html}```

- Keep work area clean and dispose of raw material packaging materials```{=html}```

- Package and label products for shipment```{=html}```

- Perform other duties as assigned or as neededSkills Required:

Good mechanical aptitude

- Good understanding of basic English```{=html}```

- Ability to learn to read blueprints```{=html}```

- Ability to lift 50 lbs```{=html}```

- Complete task with high standard of quality with attention to detail```{=html}```

- Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to produce mechanical assemblies```{=html}```
