Year-long apartment renovation seeks Painter and Drywall installer

Work includes:

Prep and paint apartment units during renovation

Point up drywall and other paint preparation

Match existing texture as needed throughout interiors to be paint-ready

Repair/replace corner beads

Remove and Replace drywall as directed

Tape and finish joints

Fabricate soffits, including metal/wood framing and hanging drywall

Caulk and foam-in gaps around registers and other voids to tighten living space envelope

Experience is required.

Our renovation schedule requires dependability, high attention to detail, and an efficient pace of work. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Starts immediately.
