Job Description

McGinnis Heating & Cooling is hiring a professional, customer-focused HVAC Maintenance Technician. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates effectively with customers, and is comfortable presenting maintenance agreements and service recommendations.

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC maintenance and inspections

Accurately complete service documentation with clear, legible handwriting

Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner

Promote maintenance plans and approved service recommendations

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively

Follow all safety and EPA guidelines

Qualifications

Journeyman HVAC license preferred (or equivalent experience)

EPA Certification required

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

Sales aptitude or prior experience recommending services

Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work independently
