HVAC skilled service technician

Elder heating & air is expanding and we need a skilled service tech in order to do so. our service department is constantly growing and we are looking for a tech with the following:

5+ years of service experience. (preferably closer to 10)

MUST be able to work on GEO thermal equipment

heat pumps

multi stage equipment

willing to take on a lead role in the service department.

we know a lot of new techs think they fit this build but right now we need the best.
