Experience as a collision repair metal technician.

Experience doing repairs off a written repair appraisal.

Strive for an invisible repair - meet or exceed the quality level the customer expects.

Must be willing to learn the repair process as completed by our team and desire to provide invisible repairs is a must.

Knowledge of metal repair/replacement and refinish procedures.

Well organized and detail oriented.

Integrity and tact.

Cooperate with Adjusters and Production Managers.

Treat customer vehicles, shop equipment, and tools with respect and keep clean.

Maintain a good working relationship with all employees and management.

Maintain proper personal hygiene.
