Experienced Polished Concrete/Epoxy Flooring

looking for an experienced polished concrete/epoxy flooring installers. We are looking for high character individuals.

The ideal candidate to join our team will:

Communicate professionally and effectively

Be rigorous with your quality standards

Be willing to teach and mentor lesser experienced workers

Be able to make minor repairs to concrete grinding equipment

Have knowledge of products used for joint repair, spalls, cracks, holes

Have knowledge of products used in polishing and epoxy

Be willing to travel from time to time

Be willing to work night shifts

Have a commitment to job site safety and an understanding of OSHA regulations

Job Requirements:

18 years of age or older

1+ years working in the polished concrete industry

High School diploma or equivalency

College degree or some college is a plus

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Compensation: $20-26/hr
