PRODUCTION MANAGER w/ CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position oversees all aspects of the Production team. You are the point person for all customer/production related issues. This position is based largely in the field, and will require someone that can encourage and oversee all aspects of the production team, ensuring jobs are being completed in a timely manner, and with a high level of customer satisfaction. Production Managers must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WITH POSITION:

Oversight on a day-to-day basis of all on-site construction and administrative activities.

Oversee the preparation of monthly reports on project/job progress.

Review and approve all subcontractor’s and supplier’s pay requests.

Be forward thinking, train crews and grow production team.

Keep warehouse organized and limit excessive inventory.

Find and Hire new subcontractors.

Ensure projects and subs are in compliance with company safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 5 years of residential construction management experience.

Must have at least 3 years of experience managing people.

Knowledge of Building Procedures and Codes

Strong organizational and communication skills

Possess management and leadership qualities.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work without constant direction.

Valid driver's license is required, along with a good driving record.

Spanish speaking not necessary, but highly desirable
