You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck customers in and outAnswerphone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guestsTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
