Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Healthcare Industry, located in LOUISVILLE, Colorado, 80027. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, managing appointments, communications, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring a smooth flow of patients through the clinic. Handle all forms of communication with patients including text messages, emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions. Check-in patients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate. Check-out patients after their appointments, ensuring all follow-up actions are scheduled and clearly communicated. Manage call-backs to patients, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Conduct additional administrative tasks as necessary, such as contacting physician offices for referrals or manufacturers for shipping status. Maintain accurate and organized patient records. Use office suite and proprietary software to maintain records and manage tasks. Deliver exceptional customer service, making patients feel welcome and comfortable. Display strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.Requirements Prior experience or demonstrable skills in Administrative Assistance. Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System. Strong Customer Service skills. Proven ability in Data Entry tasks. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Experience in Organizing Files. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for team collaboration. Proficient in Email Communications. Strong Written Communication skills. Prior experience in Clerical Duties. Familiarity with Proprietary Software within the healthcare industry.
