Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. The chosen candidate will join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role is deeply involved in the finance industry and will have responsibilities ranging from account reconciliation to data entry.Responsibilities: Oversee all accounts payable and receivable to ensure proper allocation of funds Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of our financial data Handle payroll operations to ensure all employees are compensated in a timely fashion Assist with the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is recorded accurately Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain financial spreadsheets and reports Manage bookkeeping operations, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions Use QuickBooks for various financial operations, including data entry and report generation Ensure all account reconciliations are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
