Job Summary: In this highly visible and strategic role as a Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIA) Lead you will be responsible for leading a cross functional business forecasting process with inputs from key stakeholders and enablers including Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Quality, Logistics, and Supply Chain. This team provides robust data structures and toolsets, enabling senior level engagement to strategically control and drive the business decision-making processes. You will work across functions to develop and refine tools using various software platforms, enabling Site leadership to identify key drivers of the business. Through integration of the CORE Operating System into the business intelligence systems, you will align tools to support leadership in achieving initiatives, Macro Plan objectives, and CORE Projects.You will manage the scope and workload prioritization of our key supplier of data intelligence tool solutions for the depot/remanufacturing environment. And you will serve as the key liaison to the Raytheon Louisville (RLF) leadership team for development and evolution of analytical tools to enable continuous improvement in factory velocity and efficiency.This position is an onsite role.Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Manage all business analytics and intelligence needs for the Raytheon Louisville Facility (RLF), including identification and creation of the Site Control Tower KPIs

Ensure data and processes are aligned to the best enterprise and industry solutions for a depot/remanufacturing facility.

Coordinate across the PRISM user community (Manufacturing and Site Management, business process experts, factory users, business partners and DT) to ensure the best depot and remanufacturing processes, tools and data are utilized to ensure the organization can make business and process decisions more efficiently and timely.

Work collaboratively with factory value stream meetings and functional site leaders and attend a variety of factory meetings to ensure tools and data are aligned to operational goals and objectives.

Manage development of data analysis tools in fast paced, deadline driven environment with constantly changing priorities while providing data analysis to manufacturing leadership and support functions.

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

MRP knowledge, SAP PRISM and Business Warehouse experience preferred.

Experience in Operations, Material, or Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing

Experience with data analysis and reporting

Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite

Experience managing workload priorities and leading a team to achieve results.

Experience briefing and collaborating with executive leadership.

Experience in program cost schedule and control environment

CORE Apprentice/Champion (or equivalent) preferred with experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
