Multi Family Housing Maintenance Personnel

Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle various maintenance tasks.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance

- Inspect and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement

- Assist with facilities maintenance projects as assigned

- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations

- Maintain yard and landscape areas daily

-Turn Units including painting and drywall repair

- Maintain clean parking areas and common areas

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment

- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively

- Basic understanding of logic controllers and electrical systems

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenants

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Demonstrated leadership abilities
