From warehousing and distribution to value-added services (VAS) to last-mile delivery and customer support, we are dedicated to partnering with brands to help them transform ordinary transactions into exceptional experiences for their customers.We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in launching and expanding our Doorstep customer base. This ideal team member would hit the ground running, being tasked with crafting and executing a robust sales strategy from the ground up within the first year. The successful candidate will spearhead the development of sales initiatives specifically designed for the 3PL sector, demonstrating expertise in Warehousing, Logistics, Fulfillment, Shipping, and VAS, thereby laying the foundational stones for Doorstep’s 3PL operations.Responsibilities

Build and grow the customer base through innovative and effective sales initiatives tailored for the 3PL industry.

Develop and implement a comprehensive and aggressive sales strategy.

Develop a clear 1-to-5-year sales and growth roadmap, focusing on aggressive growth and a strategy.

Establish and track sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

Represent Doorstep in industry events and networking opportunities as needed.

Requirements

Experience in sales, preferably within the 3PL or logistics industry.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
