CNC Lathe Programmer Contract Work

We're a local machine shop in Belle Plaine, urgently seeking a seasoned CNC lathe programmer for contract work. The role involves creating new programs, modifying existing programs as necessary, and training our team to program on the Hardinge Conquest T65-L lathe.

Proficiencies in Mastercam and Fanuc controls are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing programs for mass production of parts

- Adjusting and refining current programs to improve efficiency

- Providing comprehensive training and guidance to our in-house team
