Kansas, Wichita, 67201 Wichita USAInspect components for damage, verify configurations, and determine testing needs.Conduct preliminary functional tests and record results to assess part capability.Disassemble, clean, and inspect parts for damage, corrosion, and conformity to specifications.Evaluate repair or overhaul cost-effectiveness and submit estimates.Order, replace, repair, and reassemble components of basic to moderate complexity, such as brakes, wheels, actuators, and struts.Apply coatings, conduct functional tests, and assemble components for production.Complete required documentation and assist with metrology certifications if qualified.Support engineers in developing improved aircraft components.Perform machining tasks and, if qualified, act as Designated Inspector (DI).Collaborate with team members within areas of expertise.
