Bunting Magnetics Co., located in Newton, Kansas is a leading manufacturer of magnetic conveying and separation equipment serving a wide variety of industries. We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Assistant.

Signing Bonus up to $5,000 (guidelines apply)

Job Responsibilities

Data entry AP/AR

Process credit card transactions through online portal

Maintain vendor, job, and account reconciliations

Other duties as assigned.

Our family-owned group of companies manufactures products which serve global markets and include a broad range of magnetic materials and components, magnetic separation systems, material handling equipment, metal detection equipment, magnetic cylinders, bonded magnets, and assemblies.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Must have good Excel skills (pivot tables, Macros, V-Lookups)

Knowledge of commonly used Accountingconcepts, practices, and procedures

Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative team environment

Undergraduate degree with a major in business, accounting, or finance

Working knowledge of database and spreadsheet software, such as MySQL is a plus
