High school/GED and one year related experience or Associate's degree.

At least one year of experience soldering (including surface mount components) and assembling electronic components and systems (experience with radar and avionics systems is a plus).

Experience in reading schematic diagrams, preparing bills of materials, and assembling circuit boards as well as making wire harnesses for electronic systems.

Experience troubleshooting own work.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
