Estimator

AECOM has an immediate need for an Estimator to work on several projects, primarily related to our Building and Places practice. This is a full-time position for employment in our Kansas City, MO office.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Introduced to the Company's estimating systems and processes.  Introduced to estimating terminology, measures, concepts, and principles for preparing estimates.Exposed to various processes, project actions, and assumptions that may impact estimates.Gathers, calculates, and compiles data for use in developing all types of estimates.Performs the routine aspects of estimating assignments.  Assists senior specialists in performing various estimating functions as required.Exposed to drawings, specifications, work breakdown structures, charts of accounts, published and internal data used in preparing estimates.
