Mill Operator - 2nd shift

We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible to:Run batches of ink at proper mill settings.Package finished product in various containers and apply labelsClean and maintain machine to TPM StandardsLearn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activitiesWeigh-Up Batches: Shift auto and manual steps. Follow process order of addition.Mix Batch: Discharge pigment and operate mixer safely; follow and adhere to all INX Mixer SOP'sHockmeyer mill operation: Run and maintain optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standardsCreate and maintain a database of all existing formulas including processing timesCanningOperate the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftTo act as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataComplete scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting proceduresHelp with repacks
