Leasing Agent

The Leasing Agent facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times.  Coordinates move-in and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings. What You’ll Do:Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property toursProcess rental applications and lease agreements. Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goalsMarket available units through online listings, social media, and community outreachRepresents Village Green at various outside networking & social functionsProblem-solving skillsWhat We’re Looking For: Strong sales and customer service skillsStrong multitasking skillsExperience dealing with challenging or unpleasant situations (billing, medical, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to perform well under high-stress conditionsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience answering phones Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required Proficiency in property management software is a plus
