Connect with customers to understand their issue/complaint

7-12 inbound calls/day (some outbound calls)

Create complaint case with customers details/notes

Classify risks appropriately in case management system

Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.

Written correspondence with customers and email/written correspondence with business partners is also required

Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters
