Job Details:Scheduled hours: Exempt position, day shift with accountability on other shiftsJob Description:The Director of Nursing – Care Continuum is responsible for the development of staff and systems to effectively operate a comprehensive Care Continuum and Spiritual Care program for WB and FM campusesQualifications:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current licensure in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa
Preferred:
Previous experience in Case Management
RN Required
Masters preferred
Case Management Certification preferred
