In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compound mixing and hose production activities by developing and optimizing rubber material processes for product development, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient manufacturing procedures.Support the industrialization of new rubber mix center in Mount PleasantLead the industrialization and optimization of rubber material processes for new and existing hoses productsAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rubber material requirements into product designsConduct experiments and tests to evaluate and industrialize rubber material properties and performanceDevelop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical reportsTroubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rubber material technology and processing techniquesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in rubber material processingProvide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders
