Snow Removal - Hiring Subcontractors & Operators

We're (ProCare Iowa) looking for Subcontractors and Equipment Labor Operators for the 2024-2025 Snow Removal Season.

Must be willing to work long hours and be on call for any snowstorm at any time, day or night.

Subcontractors must have their own RELIABLE equipment and be fully insured. Pay depends on equipment and job. (Call for more details)

Equipment Needed:

47" Snowblowers (Subcompact Tractors/Boss Snowrators/Walk Behinds/Etc.)

Subcompact Tractors/Snowrators/Etc.) with snow blades (Blades must be able to push 48" sidewalks)

Pickups with plows and salt/ice melt spreaders.

Equipment Labor Operators pay starts at $25/hour up to $35/hour depending on experience and desire to work and show up to work.
